The property, located in the quiet hamlet of Singlin di Sotto, is only 2 min drive (1.5 km) from gondola with direct connection to Cervinia - Zermatt which are located just below the house. Same distance from the town center, with restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The small hamlet includes a few houses surrounded by greenery in the mountains of the Grand Murailles it is a starter point of several hiking like Plan de la Glaea – Loz – Lac de Loz – Breuil Cervinia– Desert.
It is possible to park the car in the adjacent external public car parks, located about 50 meters away.
